Elizabeth Vargas: "We're hearing researchers state there are massive plumes below the surface. Are you denying which, still?"
Doug Suttles: "Well, what I will be able to explain to you is no one's yet found any focuses which quantify below the fragments peror taller than simply pieces per million. Well, i regard as it may be depending about how you're defining this. But what I can explain to you, and I�ve scrutinized this data, is that we've got not found any significant concentration of oil below the surface."
